Planning, Legal and Ethical Consideration (U8: P2, M2)

Risk Assessment:  Legal Issues: One legal issue to consider is copyright, I should consider this throughout the whole of my photoshoot. This is a legal document that gives a person the rights to a certain product or name and allows that person to sue anyone who tries to steal it without permission. In this case I will ensure that all photos are taken by me so that all my photos are mine in my portfolio this means no one can try to steal the work that I have created. This allows me to avoid any legal issues throughout the creation of my portfolio. Another legal Issue I need to consider throughout the whole of my photoshoot is consent, I will ensure that anyone who I ask to model in my photos will have given me a written form of consent before the photos have been taken this way I can avoid legal issues as the person had signed a physical form saying that agree to have their photos taken. He is famous for his use of deep rich tones and high contrast. His pictures often celebrate diversity and different cultures where the humans expressions, lighting and environment perfectly match. His most famous pieces have had a portrait focus where he captures peoples faces in very high quality images with a focus on peoples eyes, he says this technique of connecting to peoples eyes allows for the viewer to have a closer connection on an emotional level with the subject in the picture.
